Adding a Printer to Anesthesia Touch

If you already have the printer installed on the Touch Connect server, skip to step 7.

1. On the Touch Connect server, open Printers and Scanners.
2. Select Add Printer.
3. Scroll down until you see The printer that I want isn't listed and select it.
4. Select Add a printer by TCP/IP address (bottom option, requires administrator access.
5. Type in the printer's IP address when requested.
6. Make sure the printer's name has no spaces.
7. Open WebAdmin (<sitename>.plexus.cloud)
8. Select Admin and log in.
9. Select Printers in the left toolbar.
10. Select the + sign in the top left corner (<sitename>.plexus.cloud/Anesthesia/ServerPrint.aspx).
    1. For Windows name, put in the exact name of the printer including capitalization that you named the printer.
    2. In Display Name, type what you want your providers to see in the iPad and click ok.
       
       Note: The printer must be added to the touch connect server as a local printer and not as a network printer.
