This document explains how users can remove their signatures from an IntraOp case. However, no user can remove another user's signature.
To remove a signature, do the following:
- In Anesthesia Touch, tap the patient record and Intraop.
- In the upper right, tap Staff.
- A dialog box may appear asking if you want to sign in to the case. Sign in to resume care in the case. If you do not want to sign back into the case, decline and continue.
- In the dialog that opens, tap your username and Unsign.
- Tap Save.
If the button Unsign is disabled, ensure your user row is highlighted. You cannot remove other users' signatures.
Removing a signature row will remove it from the case and printout. Users can re-sign if needed.
