Cases may not be visible in the current view of the Patient List, even though they should be. This could be because the case had a PreOp Review done by anesthesia prior, or it could be because the case was started accidentally prematurely or had the wrong date in the interface. Either way, the patient record is not listed in My Cases when it should be.
Find the case by doing the following:
- In Anesthesia Touch, in the Patient List, tap the filter icon and All Cases.
- In the Date field, tap Today and the Day of Surgery (DOS), then Done.
- The cases from the selected DOS will be displayed. Tap the blue i icon next to the patient record.
- Next to Date of Service, tap the date and time to open the menu.
- Select the correct date and time, then tap Done and Save.
The case's information should be updated.
