Checking the Signatures on PreOp and PostOp Documents

In WebAdmin, a user with the appropriate privileges can view a summary of the signatures on PreOp and PostOp documents. This summary will show the signature times and users for each document, and documents missing signatures will appear with blank signature items.  To view the document signatures for a particular day, do the following:

1. Log in to your site's WebAdmin, go to https://[yoursite].plexus.cloud and select "Admin"
2. After authenticating, in the sidebar select Reports > PreOp & PostOp
3. At the top of the PreOp & PostOp reports table, select a DOS (Day of Surgery) or range
   • Optionally, search for a MRN or Account Number

WebAdmin will present a table by MRN and Account Number with the documents for the day, including the time and user who signed each document. If any document was not signed, the time and user will be blank. 

If the report is not visible in the sidebar, contact your site administrator about your user account. If no users can view the reports, contact Plexus TG support about scheduling a software update.
