You can search for changes to a patient’s records in WebAdmin by doing the following:
- Click Documents and Find Revisions.
- Enter the MRN, AccountID, or patient’s last name in the field.
- Click the date in the From field to select the start date.
- Click the date in the To field to select the end date and click Search.
- Click Clear to delete the dates.
- Click Clear to delete the dates.
- The patient’s records will be displayed. Click the link to the document to view it.
- The revised information will be displayed at the top of the document.
- The revised information will be displayed at the top of the document.
