Administrators can update and reset user passwords in WebAdmin for Anesthesia Touch if the provider is not using Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO user data are typically the same for the provider’s EMR and other systems. The IT administrator at the provider’s location must update this information.
If Anesthesia Touch manages user data, an administrator can reset another user's password by doing the following:
- Log in to your site's WebAdmin by going to [yoursite].plexus.cloud.
- Click Admin and Users.
- Type the username, first name, or last name in the search box at the top.
- If the user does not appear in the list, check the box next Show Inactive. You must reinstate the user before resetting the password by clicking the green arrow icon.
- Click the keychain icon next to the user’s name.
- Enter a new password.
- You can create a random password by clicking Generate.
- You can create a random password by clicking Generate.
- Click Save.
