What do you do to make recently charted PreOp information appear in the printed PreOp form?

If charted information is not appearing on the printed copy of the PreOp, the information was likely added to the PreOp after a clinical user signed the document. 

In order to update the PreOp after it was signed, an appropriate user must open the document and sign it again (verifying the updated charting). To verify the information, preview the document to check the signature and charting.
