Notes on exclusions:

Example: Excluded(4) will be shown if the Patient Ages is less than 18.

Also, if we have multiple exclusion entries charted then the system will show Excluded(1). Excluded(1) always is a higher priority than Excluded(2), etc. 

Excluded(1) > Excluded (2) > Excluded(3) > Excluded(4)
