Touch Analytics User Guides

To view the guides from the Touch Analytics Editor, in the nav-bar at the top of the editor screen select Settings > Help to open a dialog with a list of the most recent user guides.

To access the user guides if you are not already logged into the Editor, do the following:

1. First, navigate to Touch Analytics in a browser at https://plexus.report/[mysite]
2. After authenticating, select Open Report and then load any Custom report 
3. From the nav bar, select the "pencil" edit icon next to the report name to switch to the editor
4. From the nav bar's  upper right, select Settings > Help
5. In the dialog that opens, select any guide and press the Download button

The guide should download directly to your computer or open a browser tab (depending on your browser, browser plugins, and settings).
