When you first open Anesthesia Touch, click the top box (hospital icon to the left) and choose "Add a site". It will ask you for a Name and a host. The Name is just a descriptive field such as Milford Prod. The host has to be the customer's plexus.cloud address without the https:// (Ex: milford.plexus.cloud)
The other options will stay as their default.
Each customer has a production website and a QA website. The production website is their live environment. To use Milford as an example, the host address in the app would be milford.plexus.cloud for the production website, and the QA/Test website would be milford.qa.plexusis.com
You can log in to the QA sites and create test cases if you want without causing any issues
Suppose you ever receive a message saying that the password must be reset when you login to the app. In that case, you will need to login to their WebAdmin address (which would be the same as the host except you'll use the https://, so for Milford, the QA WebAdmin address is: (https://milford.qa.plexusis.com), and then you would go into users, locate the Plexus support user and reset the password there.
All of our plexusis email addresses map to support@plexustg.com, so you won't ever find your own name/email address listed in that list.
