Viewing Pharmacy Usage Reports for Medication Reconciliation

Once Pharmacy Connect and Med Recon are enabled, a medication usage report is available in WebAdmin. Anesthesia and pharmacy administrators can review this report to see individual cases' reconciliation down to the actions for each medication.

To view the usage report, do the following:

1. Log in to your site's WebAdmin by going to [yoursite].plexus.cloud. 
2. Click Formulary and Pharmacy Usage Reports.
   
3. Select a date range and any filters desired and click GO.
   
4. The usage report will be displayed.
   

Viewing Exceptions

Clinicians document reconciliation exceptions when they are unable to reconcile medications for a system reason, such as a network outage or an unknown drug. Whenever an exception is documented, it is flagged for the Exception Report.

To see all exceptions, check the box Exception Documented Cases Only and click GO.
