To create a second case for an existing patient please follow these steps:
- Use the new patient dialog
- Type the account number
- The system looks for an existing account number - it will find the patient's MRN, Lastname, Firstname, DOB and sex and are automatically populated.
- Click on "Save" and this creates a second patient visit for the same MRN and account number
- The patient list screen would list the visits together and the user needs to open the correct case according to the time it was created.
