How To Update the DOS in Anesthesia Touch iOS to Make Case Visible in IntraOp Appointment List's Current Filters
Cases may not be visible in the current view of the Appointment List, even though they should be. This could be because the case had a PreOp Review done by anesthesia prior, or it could be because the case was started accidentally prematurely or had the wrong date in the interface. Either way the symptom is the same:
Cases/Patient is not listed in "My Cases" when it should be
To update this, find the case using the "By Date" tab at the top of the UI:
In the Appointment List's upper right segmented controller, change the selection from "Today's Case" to By Date"
Below the "By Date" tab, note the DOS date picker and use the arrows to select the date
Once the case has been found, you can select the blue "i" icon to change demographic and schedule information. In particular, you can change the Date of Service to today in order to make the case move to the "Today's Cases:"
For an individual case, select the blue "i" icon •
In the PopUp Dialog that appears, select the "Date of Service's "Edit" label
Enter a new date with the "Choose a Date" picker.
The case's information should be updated.
