In Pharmacy Touch, if the button that normally reads "Unlock Narc Drawer" is "Unlock Cart," then the cart is connected but it didn’t respond to the unlock command.
Before proceeding, ensure the computer and cart are connected: check both ends of the serial cable to ensure they are securely connected. (If the issue persists, consider replacing the serial cable).
If the serial cable is properly seated in both devices, shut down the Pharmacy Touch software (so there is no login screen) and then re-open it and try again.
