This document explains the steps for a user to remove their signature from an IntraOp case. No user can remove another user's signature.
To remove a signature, open the IntraOp record for the case and do the following:
In the upper right, Select Staff
A dialog box may appear asking "Do you want to sign in to the case?" Sign in to resume care in the case. If not signing back into the case, decline and continue.
- In the Personnel dialog, select your username to highlight the row
- At the bottom of the dialog, select the blue Unsign button
- If the button "Unsign" text is gray, ensure your user row is highlighted. You cannot remove other user's signatures
Removing a signature row will remove it from the case and printout. Users can re-sign if needed.
