This document demonstrates the steps to removing a signature from an IntraOp case. Please be advised the user must unsign themselves from the case.
1. Open the IntraOp
2. Select Staff from the toolbar at the top. A dialog box will appear asking "Do you want to sign in to the case?". Select "OK"
3. A form will appear with the user that is signed in the case selected with a check mark. Select OK from the upper right corner.
4. Select the Statements and then select Done.
5. A dialog box opens. Highlight the user's name
5. Select Unsign at the bottom of screen.
